James D. Stilwell, is part-owner of Learning to be Great. Jim is also owner and principal of ArborQuest Consulting. For over 35 years, Jim has been consulting in a wide-range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, metals processing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food processing, temporary employment services, and telecommunications. Working with leaders and teams, at all levels in an organization, he employs high-engagement facilitation, team building, and coaching methods to improve performance. Jim was also on the University of Michigan's Executive Education staff where, for eight years, he taught the lead day in the long-standing Management of Managers Course.
